A friend recommended J2 Real Estate to me. I was only in Wellington for a short period of time, and they were responsive from the beginning. Jane and Jean were able to easily work within the tight timeframes and we had everything organized to list the house before my departure. During the listing period we had regular communication and updates from Jane and Jean and the weekly marketing analysis they supplied is amazing! We enjoyed working with Jean and Jane - they are very experienced, have great local market knowledge and we got a positive result!
