With HomeSell Pro, you pay a flat fee of $12,500, with $2,500 paid upfront and the rest is paid only once your property has sold. Great experience from start to finish

Chris is an excellent agent to work with, very professional, with great communication throughout the entire sale process. His availability was fantastic, whether by email, text, or phone call, and no question we asked was ever a problem. A trustful, diligent and goal-achievable agent

During the 4 month campaign from price appraisal to presettlememt inspection , Chris' s diligence, experience and expertise lead to the final achievement . He also patiently explains everything to vendor for avoiding any mistakes. Moreover, HomesellPro charges a very low commission , highly recommended.
