Chris and Anna were fantastic. From start to finish they guided us through the process of selling our house. They gave sound honest advice and talked us through the pros and cons of each decision. I first met Spencer when I was looking through a house (tyre kicking to a point). I liked his attitude and said that we might be ready to buy in a few months. He phoned around the due date and even although we weren't quite in a position to sell, I was impressed enough with his follow up, which was always low key but interested, to engage him when the actual time came. (This despite thinking I that I would sell with another agency.) Our sale wasn't straight forward but he worked hard both pre and post auction to ensure it happened. He is now assisting us with our purchase in any way he can. He is a treasure.,

After being so great selling our place, once again Marie came to the rescue helping us find the right place to buy. Even when she couldn’t drive because she had an injured wing our Real Estate Angel roped in her loving hubby to play chauffeur a couple of weekends, just so we didn’t miss out on any viewings. We were quite confused about what we really wanted with so many options available at the moment but Marie really helped us figure out the direction we wanted to head in and took the time to get to know us and our capabilities to narrow down the right type of properties that would work best for us now and in the future. Marie has become part of our everyday life now and it will be strange not getting messages from her with properties to look at or just a general ‘how are the girls (our dogs) doing?’. There is one secret ingredient that needs to be added to the mix to turn Marie into the WonderWoman that we had working for us though and it’s very important not to forget it…. She needs CHOCOLATE to be able to operate at her best!! We can’t recommend her highly enough if you’re buying or selling. You will have a wonderful experience with Marie no matter what your housing situation is. One last thing to mention on a serious note about the chocolate, don’t feed her after midnight ;)
