Unfortunately it was a lot of money paid but not a great return, as far as getting a higher sale price. The work done with regard to the trademe listing, photos, open homes and the auction all seemed routine, with not a lot of interest in achieving a better return. It feels like they just rely on their brand, instead of working hard to get the best price.
