They made the process of selling the house as easy as possible - with little to no stress. I really appreciated that. Bev was welcoming from the start and had the natural ability to put us at ease straight away. Her knowledge of the negotiation process was communicated to us in a precise and articulate manner which made it easy to understand (for newbies to the neg process like ourselves).
