We had a very complicated situation where we were selling our house, my parents' house, whilst looking for a dual housing situation (all within extremely tight deadlines). Caleb listened to what we wanted and provided expert advice where appropriate. He was constantly going above and beyond. His communication style, tools and timeliness are well beyond any other agent that we have experienced. We always felt informed, in control and reassured. More importantly, we have gotten to know Caleb well throughout this process and he is the most genuine, caring and hardworking agent you will come across. We simply would not go with any other agent again in the future. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Caleb enough. After experiencing many different real estate agents through the process of selling and then trying to buy a property I can confidently say that Caleb is one of the good ones. He is kind and patient and talked me through the process so I felt like I understood each step of the journey. He will go the extra mile for his clients and he is someone who I could trust (which is a very big thing in the world of real estate!). Caleb was so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable At the viewings he gave us enough space to view the place in our own time but also was a friendly face to quickly answer and questions Throughout the buying process Caleb replied promptly and got us any information needed in a timely manner Also with being first home buyers he explained in more detail a few of the processes which was very helpful Throughout the search for us buying a property because me and my partner where relatively young it was really nice to be taken seriously by the realestate agent. We found through other agency’s we were very much brushed over . So it was very nice to be given the time of day by Caleb When it comes time to sell we would definitely be using Caleb to help us do this

In my previous reviews I have stated it was the person not the Agency that I wanted to deal with and it's been a pleasure to follow Caleb into his own Agency and to be the first listing and first sale for GRIFFOEN. Dealing with Caleb is always a fun and professional experience. I found Caleb to be knowledgeable, respectful, ethical and motivated. His knowledge is broad around the real estate industry and he has been able to answer any questions I've had about systems and procedures in buying and selling property. He has respected my decisions and choices and assisted in any way possible - I think over and above in my initial search 6 years ago and my current search for another property. I feel I have been kept well informed with updates on a very regular basis in both the buying and selling process. When selling my present property I've been impressed by how honest Caleb has been in requiring information about the property and in particular encouraging me to obtain a Building Report to show any hidden problems that could cause problems for any purchasers and inhibit any possible sales. Again, I think this shows a high standard of professionalism and gives an indication of how ethical Caleb's values are. I have got to know Caleb well and enjoy the personal side of our professional relationship. We both have a good sense of humor which has made the process of buying and selling enjoyable and fun keeping a light side to a serious experience. I wish Caleb well with GRIFFOEN. and hope he has much success. Gauging by my experience I believe he will.

Having worked with a number of agents through years, I can honestly say what a well organised, pleasant to deal with and overall outstanding agent Caleb was to work with. He was personable, thoughtful and capable at all times.
