Highly professional yet down to earth person

Great in all aspects of the transaction on a professional level (knowledge, comunication, professionalism). Although obviously working for the vendor, it felt like Vanessa worked for both parties, and she managed to come up with a fair outcome, where both of us were happy. Vanessa seems like a genuine nice/honest person, and all you could ask for when selling/purchasing a property. Great experience all round, highly recommended.
