Had met Neal before as he had sold my neighbours house so he was the obvious choice. He had researched properties on the market near me and advised negotiation as best way to sell my house, which it was. Neal is easy to talk to and answered texts and emails quickly. He advised me well on open homes and bringing people through as well as explaining legal requirements on documentation. Most professional.

We had the good fortune to have Team Tomes recommended to us by a friend who had an amazing experience and sale process. However we still did our homework and recieved three appraisals, all with a slightly different approach. Mel and Glen did an outstanding presentation and were on the same page as us straight away. Through out the entire process from, shooting the video and photography, to the amazing end, they had our backs. I was very nervous about agreeing to the auction process, but Mel and Glen were extremely confident that with a property such as ours it was the best way forward. They of course were right!
