Having met many many agents over the last three months, I would put Neal up there at the top of the list and would be quick to recommend him to anyone wanting to sell. As a buyer I found Neal to be very professional but also easy going and patient and unlike many others, gives you time to make up your mind but also letting you know he was there if you needed help in any way or to answer any questions. One quality I really liked, even though I was the buyer in this instance, is that he is loyal to his vendors, something I have found lacking in many other agents. I would definitely recommend Neal to anyone wanting to sell their homes.

Jeremys communication, market knowledge and willingness to secure a successful transaction helped to ensure we sold our property. He progressed things quickly with negotiations and, following this, the sale was not an easy process due to some title complications, however, Jeremy was integral in keeping the deal together and we very much appreciate his efforts, patience, willingness to listen and give constructive advice. When we first met Glen and Mel Tomes we were delighted with how professional and knowledgeable they both were. They explained what our property was worth and outlined a detailed step by step plan of how they planned to sell our property. They answered all our questions and made sure we knew exactly what would be happening at every step. They organised an amazing video and wonderful photos promoting our property and they had two good buyers for our property within two weeks of the property going on the market. Glen negotiated hard on our behalf and we ended up with a great price and a fast sale to one of these buyers. Our property went on the market on the 17th of April,2022 and the new owners settled and moved in on the 20th of May, 2022. So the whole process was very quick. During the very short time that this happened we are kept fully informed. This was one of the big benefits of dealing with Glen and Mel. We knew exactly what was going on at all times and it was very obvious that they were very good at every part of the process of selling a premium priced property.
