Neal Persevered with us from our initial inquiry until the time was absolutely right and we were ready to sell then made the whole process as painless as it could possibly be. We were lead easily through the Selling process, the Marketing plans, the Open home schedules and the Legal requirements. Any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly, there were no hidden surprises. As much as this property wasn't necessarily an easy sell, Neal did all the leg work between our lawyers, the purchaser's lawyers and the purchasers themselves.
