Neal and Meg were amazing to deal with, they took the time to understand what we were looking for and were able to find multiple properties that fitted our criteria. Nothing was too hard and they made a difficult and stressful process easy. They arranged visits at the times that suited us and once we decided on the property we wanted they did lots of research and gave great advise Their negotiation skills were second to none at one point we thought the deal was lost but they helped us stand our ground and we got the property we dreamed of. Lee Yao (and Glenn Stott - they worked as a team) were fabulous agents to deal with, they communicated very well, remembered details, were realistic, and got a good price for our house that ere were happy with. They knew the area, and Auckland market, and were professional at all times. They also worked in with us regarding viewing times to keep disruption to our daily lives as minimal as possible.
