Marie was warm and friendly, new the property in the market and gave us enough information to make a decision of either just selling on the market or going to auction. Her communication style, is hands on and we were informed constantly along the way. She gave 110 % of her time managing my properrty and juggling between time constrants with myself and parents in New Zealand. Would I recommend her to friends, most definately and go the auction route. All staff working with Marie have been wonderful.

Michael and Harcourts offered good advice on how to promote and best ways to list our property as well as having our first open home in just few days after contact, Great. Property Market is changing but Michael sold our house for the money we wanted in an expected timeframe after being passed in at Auction. A real bonus for us was that we were able to sell all the furniture including kitll.chen chattels in the house to the purchaser. The sale was subject to a builders report and Michael also assisted in getting a minor roof repair organised, arising from the report.
