Helen was upfront and honest with us on which direction the market was heading, even though we paid over price for the home we were selling and put alot of work into it she made is feel at ease that we could get the price we needed to move on to bigger and better when we didn't think it was possible and true to her word she came through and we got the result we needed. This is the second time we have use Peter to sell our home, and the second time we think a record was broken in our suburb (for the type and age of home). Both times we chose to Auction, and felt very comfortable throughout the process. This time we wondered if we would get the numbers through ... but after the 3 week campaign over 130 groups had been through the open homes - a huge result!
