Lee, quite simply, has a very uncomplicated streamlined process. At our first meeting, she ensured that she had a very complete list of all the things we might wish to see in our new home and she boosted our confidence right off, with the assurance that she thought this was all very doable, and so it was! She seemed to have a good grasp of what we were looking for and after only 4 viewings, each accompanied by healthy discussion, she took us to a place which we were genuinely excited about. She then guided us, with very good advice, through the process of bidding successfully for the property.
