Feedback on Buyer Experience – Nabin and Preet (Harcourts)

I wasn’t initially aware of the property, but Nabin and Preet reached out with a timely call and introduced us to it. They provided a clear roadmap on how we could secure the property, including advising us to attend the auction and consider placing an unconditional offer if the property remained unsold. That guidance was genuinely helpful and gave us a structured approach to follow. As expected in real estate, both Nabin and Preet were primarily representing the vendor’s interest, which is understandable given the nature of their role. However, I would have appreciated a slightly more balanced approach at times, especially when navigating key decisions from the buyer’s side. That said, I still acknowledge that their support played a meaningful role in helping us secure the property. Nabin was patient and professional throughout the process. While there were a few situations where he seemed unsure and could benefit from further experience in complex scenarios, I believe he has great potential and will continue to grow in his role.
