We didn't have much sales talk, but he always responded to my queries as soon as possible, which I really appreciated. Once we decided to buy the section, we went to the bank for finance approval and then worked with our legal team and the developer's legal team to complete the purchase. If I remember correctly, after I told Logan that we were proceeding with the bank, I didn't receive any follow-up calls or messages from him even after contract goes unconditional. He may have assumed everything was progressing smoothly, which it did, but I was a little surprised that there wasn't a quick check-in to see how things were going or if we needed any help. Everything is now finalised, and overall the process went well. I just thought a small follow-up during the journey would have made the experience feel even more personal. Apart from that, Logan was always responsive whenever I had questions.
