Experienced and good communication

David has years of experience and it shows. He knows the local market very well and kept in great communication with us. Despite a sluggish market, we were able to sell our house relatively quickly at a price we were happy with. He was also very helpful with the odd tasks or loose ends on the property as we no longer lived there during the sale. We felt very fortunate to have him representing us and our property. Highly recommend!
