Overall Support - Excellent

Callum was responsive to our questions and requests for site visits by ourselves and also trades people throughout the initial inspections to satisfy conditions. Immediately understood the property context and my motivation for selling

Great personality for the job - works hard to make a genuine connection with you. He's good communicator, easy to contact, whichever way you prefer to work. He's knowledgable across all the marketing tools and uses them to best advantage, regardless of the options you choose. We had fun debating the tag lines to use! While I didn't always look at the weekly report, I knew he was monitoring things closely. I liked that he has a background and understanding of rental properties; it helped with maintaining tenant comfort during the process . Always professional and enthusiastic, I would absolutely use Callum's skills in the future.
