My mum is so happy with how she has been treated by Anna. Mum felt a good connection with Anna from the first day we had met. We had other agents come in, but Anna just had something that felt right. We had struggles when it came to sell time with the cyclone and the issues it caused. But with perseverance and a bit of luck we managed to get it all done. Then came all the extra work she put in for us as we are out of town, in Hawke's Bay, and didn't know what was happening with anything because we were cut off from the country. Anna and her family went above and beyond for us cleaning, packing and organizing every last detail for the property to be handed over. Even sorted out a moving truck to get our stuff to us. If anyone ever needs that extra touch or that extra bit of care when selling or buying a house I think Anna is the way to go.
