Determined effort to get a sale

Ryan had a good knowledge of the market conditions and communicated well with me. The condition of the property made it very hard in this market however Ryan displayed a professional attitude and persisted to try and meet my demands in relation to price. Although the property went for less than expected, the outcome was still acceptable as the market demand for this type of property was very low and only suited a select number of buyers willing to do the work. Ryan's showed a great deal of determination to get a sale and I must say he worked hard to negotiate this. He was very pleasant in the process and I would recommend him to others selling their property.
