A pleasure to work with

Khalid was great to work with in selling my apartment! This was an unfamiliar process to me and as such, had the potential to be quite stressful, but his competency and guidance made it as smooth and painless as possible. A huge part of his job is communication, and he was really on the ball with that: timely, good at communicating context, good at listening and discussing. At one point, we had a minor hiccup in the process (there was no adverse effect, luckily!), and he dealt with that calmly and with integrity. Also, he has a very friendly and approachable manner, without being overly 'salesy'. Real estate has a reputation as a sharky business, so I appreciated working with someone who knows the business, but isn't just business. I would happily recommend Khalid :)
