Ken acted as agent for the vendor who was overseas. He left furniture and rubbish on the property at settlement He later came back to take the outdoor furniture but did not remove the rubbish as requested. Unlike other friends who bought through Harcourts recently, we did not even get a keyring let alone champagne which wasn't expected but would have been appreciated considering the vendor caused a lot of issue including late settlement. Felt as though I was treated as unreasonable for wanting chattels in clean and working condition at pre-settlement inspection and things Ken said he would do before settlement such as fixing a broken blind cord were not done. Would avoid working with him in future.

Paul is a very professional and diligent person. He went out of his way to get the job done. He is very knowlodegeable about the property market especially in the Wellington Eastern Suburbs and the Bay Area. For instance, he will bring me around the area where our property is situated and tells me what our competition is and the story or background of each of those property that has either been just sold or is about to go on to the market. He even brings his personal touches into his services. For example, he even helped out with us on the Garden as he was a professional landcaptist and many others.
