With me the whole way
Heatha helped me through the whole process of subdividing part of my home, which from organising surveyors, lodging consent applications and drafting modest covenants etc, all took a whole year. A year in which she kept me and my buyers from panicking as interest rates went up, COVID bit and prices (and Council fees) rose. We all got there in the end and I (and my buyers too I’m sure) am thankful for Heatha’s support!

My purchasing experience seven and half years ago with Heatha was excellent and that's exactly why I cam back and I certainly wasn't disappointed this time around on selling the property. Great professionalism, great communication and a fun experience. Heatha clearly believes that business doesn't always have to be deadly serious and so it proved. Very satisfied in every respect.
