A very positive experience given the challenge of selling our home in the current sluggish market.

We first met Anita at an open home and shared our plan to eventually sell and move South to Kapiti. Right from the start she showed interest in helping us realise our plan and made contact shortly after to get the process underway. Her knowledge of how the process works is very strong, advising us on the various elements that she recommended we follow eg property valuation, builders report, preparation for viewing etc. We did not feel pressured - just guided which was much appreciated given the task of decluttering etc., which can be quite stressful. When we were ready the sale process commenced. We did not foresee that this journey was to take longer than anticipated and that would go through a number of stages to sell successfully. Through this process Anita's communication both messaging and personal visits were both frequent and timely. Her enthusiasm to help us reach a successful conclusion was an important factor to keep us going at times when it never looked like ending. She listened to our comments and it was clear that decisions to be made were up to us. Her communication was thorough and informative. Anita's professional knowledge of real estate selling is also very thorough especially related to legal matters, the selling process itself, and advising on selling strategy in terms of what is likely to work best. Selling a home is always a big step full of unknowns and challenges in more ways than one. Having an Agent that works alongside guiding the process, offering advice based on experience, and ultimately bringing the selling objective to a satisfactory conclusion has for us been a blessing.
