Mike, although working for the Vendor, was very helpful and approachable from the outset. He went above and beyond to get the sale/purchase over the line, more so than I have ever experienced with any other Agent I have dealt with which was great. We as proposed Purchasers always knew where we stood as Mike kept us in the loop throughout and would do his best to try and help resolve any issues we had and there were a few. If we decide to sell in the future, we will be calling Mike!
