Proactive and professional with a 'can do' approach

Excellent and prompt sale
She was happy to answer any questions we had and always available to help in any way . She kept us fully up to date with all the open homes and any people she had had thru the property. It was interesting how the deadline worked and how it was so easy to sell. I have advised a friend of mine that has been trying to sell her house for six months in Palmerston North to do it that way so she has joined up with Harcourts in Palmerston North. We cannot thank Anna for all the assistance given that we sold the property so promptly. We would recommend Anna to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Let’s the property sell, does the closing work well
I was a purchaser with Anna. I found her work to be exceptional. First she let the property sell itself, and in my view was clear with matters like value and did not try to ‘upsell’. Once we had committed to purchasing Anna remained an excellent communicator and assisted us check off various issues with both her vendor and council, in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Anna for either purchasing or sell. She was a so much easier to work with that other agents I have dealt with in recent months. Thanks Anna

Helpful agent
