When we first met Ben we were impressed by his quiet professional attitude that filled us with confidence. He gave us advice on how to prepare the property for the market. Ben then advertised the property the way we asked. Ben continued to be in regular contact. He also gave us market up-dates as the market changed. Ben and his team helped with security for visiting tradesmen and generally helped with checking the property. In summary, the property was not occupied all of the time over a 18mth period.
