We had an offer/contract on our home within 36/48 hours in a declining and slow market. Did our house sell itself or was Ben the reason why it sold so quickly? There was more than one reason why it happened the way it did and Ben was certainly one of them. If you’re a person who only wants to hear what you believe then Ben’s not your man. However, if you want a realistic honest appraisal/opinion, then he’s your guy. Yet he is equally accommodating and will listen to your thoughts and is flexible. When we first met Ben we were impressed by his quiet professional attitude that filled us with confidence. He gave us advice on how to prepare the property for the market. Ben then advertised the property the way we asked. Ben continued to be in regular contact. He also gave us market up-dates as the market changed. Ben and his team helped with security for visiting tradesmen and generally helped with checking the property. In summary, the property was not occupied all of the time over a 18mth period. We would not allow a 'For Sale' sign on the roadside and viewing was by 'Appointment Only'. Ben and his team helped us look after the property over the last 18mths. We can recommend Ben to any-one wishing to sell their property
