Rachel has been amazing to deal with from the very first open home she was warm and welcoming and happy to cater to whatever we needed in regards to inspections and questions we had along the way. She comes across as very genuine and makes sure to check in every step of the way to ensure we are still happy and doing ok with stress levels and that we understand all the processes clearly. As first home buyers we couldn't have been happier with the service she has provided to us while still catering for her vendor, it has made the whole experience so easy and straightforward. We will definitely keep an eye out for her when it comes to buying or selling in future.
