I see myself as being fortunate to use Troy in selling our property. He provided a full package and took the time to fully explain to me what I needed to know so that I was comfortable with what was going, working to my pace without feeling I was getting the hard sell. His communication was excellent at each and every stage in my dealings with him and also making sure that I fully understood what was happening and what the next step in the process was. It made what is normally a very hard job, selling a family home, to an easy one, or at least much simpler one. There was a agent from Harcourts called Mandy. In her yellow charger she went door knocking to see if she could sell our home. Arm in arm with her partner Stuart, a deal was struck. A few months later and our home was sold. The paired worked tersely with open homes and contacts, and always working with the owners, keeping them informed. You can certainly see that Mandy loves her job, with meeting people and to get the best deal she can for the home owners. The home owners in our case is very happy, as they got what they wanted and also Mandy found them a house to buy. So listening to the customer in what their needs are , is a great advantage.
