We were selling my mothers house on behalf of her estate. The bottom fell out of the market post Covid, there was a cost of living crisis, the government changed lending rules and what we thought would be an easy town house to well, being close to town, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, it turned into a slow burn. The first agents we listed with had very few people viewing, so we enlisted Viv having read positive reviews of people in similar situations to us. Viv never took her foot off the pedal and never gave up, she managed to get people through the house, something the previous agents were unable to do. Her communication was great, every week we got an update on how many had been through and any follow ups. Finally after nearly a year on the market, Viv was able to get a well deserved sale to a young family who we are sure will love living so close to town and in friendly neighbourhood.

Professionalism and communication maxed out with Viv. From first attention grabbing photo and property description, we already loved the house before we viewed it. Viv gave us full disclosure, support and confidence to go for it, even though our financials were yet to be converted from dreamworld to reality. She really took a gamble on us, first by encouraging us to go for it, and then was there every painful, nerve wrenching step with us, guiding by phone and text until miraculously we went unconditional! and she was as thrilled as we were.
