Agent that goes above and beyond!

Barry recently sold my father's house in a small Waikato town. Barry went beyond what was expected of an agent. As we were several hours drive from the house and not able to travel there often Barry helped us deal with the issues necessary to get the house sale unconditional - organizing cleaning gutters, getting the house alarm and window latches repaired, and the final deep clean. He was a great communicator, notifying us after each Open Home held. He always responded without delay to text messages and emails. While the house took some time to sell, we always felt that we were still of importance and that Barry was doing his best to get the house sold.
