Barry has been very good to work with and still managed to get a sale during a difficult times

Barry recently sold my father's house in a small Waikato town. Barry went beyond what was expected of an agent. As we were several hours drive from the house and not able to travel there often Barry helped us deal with the issues necessary to get the house sale unconditional - organizing cleaning gutters, getting the house alarm and window latches repaired, and the final deep clean. He was a great communicator, notifying us after each Open Home held. He always responded without delay to text messages and emails. While the house took some time to sell, we always felt that we were still of importance and that Barry was doing his best to get the house sold. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Barry to sell your property.

Expert insight ; extremely helpful advice ; never pushed but listened to what we wanted and gave more than was required : he acted for us as much as working on the vendor's behalf. Barry came across as a very kind individual , tolerant as well as knowledgable : a great Land Agent in every respect.

We really enjoyed having Barry as our Land Agent. He was always friendly, helpful, trustworthy. He didnt waste time showing us inappropriate houses but was spot on on what we may like.
