Jacki was amazing from the first moment. I sent an enquiry online, and she contacted me within hours, even though it was over the Christmas holidays. Since the very first moment, she was a delight to interact with. She was open, down to earth and completely professional. We were relocating back to NZ and had not bought a house here before and she was amazing at helping us through the steps. She went the extra mile in facilitating meetings with some of the neighbours so that I could get a feeling for the area. If anyone is looking for property in the area, I would recommend working with Jacki with 100% certainty.
