Mike was outstanding to deal with. He was extremely professional while still being friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. His many years of knowledge and experience really stood out and were incredibly valuable in the current challenging market. Because we don’t live in the area, Mike and the team went above and beyond to help us. They were always happy to organise extra things such as builder’s reports and staging, which made the whole process much easier and far less stressful for us. The entire team was fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
