What an experience – from start to finish, Nick has made everything as easy as possible. After he knocked on the door around a year ago, and I mentioned I would be selling up and moving on in around a year? He was amazing. Periodic messages full of thought and detail, to let me know what the market was doing in my area. I loved receiving these messages as I finished up with my new build and got this one ready to sell. I felt well informed, and excited for the transition. Everyone says selling, building, moving… They are the most stressful times in your life. Mine has been fun! Nick was so amazing with his marketing that we had multiple private viewings, regular open homes and ultimately - a really successful sale. I had no idea what I was doing, and Nick knew this from the get go… Explaining the process really simply, in a way I could understand.
