From the very beginning, Kelvin was an absolute pleasure to work with. On the Sunday as I approached the house Kerry came out of the house to greet me, he guided me through the main points of the property and allowed me to explore the rest on my own, I spoke to him on the Monday expressing my interest in the property and he explained what I needed to do in time for the auction on the Wednesday, when I met with him before the auction he taught me some techniques on how to take control of an auction, after winning the auction using Kerrys techniques I was the new owner of the property. Kerry was professional and knew his stuff when it came to being part of an auction - what a day that was.
