What a whirl wind of a ride!!!!! Saw the property on a Friday, indicated I'd like to make an offer. Put that offer on paper on the Monday and went unconditional the following Tuesday. Settlement in four weeks time. I dealt with Ellie-Jane, she was a star - thank you so much, can't wait to move in and enjoy my new apartment.
