Great communicator with timely advice

Toni was very helpful right throughout the process. As the vendors lived overseas, Toni was very helpful with helping me with access to the property during my conditional period, allowing me to easily get quotes and further my conditions. This also extended to liasing between myself & vendors for the various bits of required information - every time she was very quick to respond and liase with the vendors. Toni also provided great advice/insight into the different disclosures around the house which helped me make an informed decision. Really happy overall!9
