Excellent efficient sale management on a fairly straight forward sale

This was a fairly straight forward sale in that we already knew the vendors (our neighbours) and the section/house as-built situation. Shaun was understanding and kind to our vendor neighbours and did his best to make theirs a good experience in sad circumstances of one neighbour becoming ill. Shaun was also helpful to us (the buyers) with advice and making the process as smooth and efficient as possible. I think both parties were happy with the outcome. Great job thanks Shaun.
