Truly genuine and outstanding experience

This is the first time we had worked with Shaun and Callum. They came at the recommendation of our friend Allie Mcdonald as she had been an agent for us previously and was phenomenal. Shaun is the person who instils trust straight away because he speaks genuinely, doesn't overstate or over promise but what he does promise is to do his absolute best for us as his clients. And that is exactly what he proceeded to do! Shaun found out from the outset how we like to communicate. We are all busy in our jobs so a shared whatsapp group was decided. Shaun also found out that I like to know almost everything about who's coming through, even if it doesn't turn into anything. He recognised this and would include it in his Whatsapps. Shaun is sincere and works hard for his client. His delivery skills are second to none and I'm so grateful for his honest and clear communication as we had to shift our goal posts slightly. We could have a laugh along the way but the work was taken out of our hands completely right down to using docusign when two of our three owners were out of the country. I don't love a lot of real estate type people because it can feel like an over promise and underdeliver situation but I absolutely loved working with Shaun and with Callum too. They're a genuine team and sincere in their work ethic and care for their clients. Would 100% use them again. Thanks team!
