Your advice about presenting the property was most helpful and the advertising material was awesome. (I jokingly said after looking at the photos that I’d “like to buy that house”!) You and Beverley conducted the Open Homes and private viewings very professionally. Together you steered me through the daunting process of choosing one buyer from the 13 offers in a way that made me feel confident I had made the right decision. I greatly appreciate all you did to make the process as easy as possible. I don’t have another house to sell, but if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to put it in your hands.
