To what I felt she went above and beyond for my family to receive this house.
Great communication was Karly’s top priority even when she was on a holiday with her family. If I had any questions pondering about the house she would not hesitate to answer let alone ring me back and answer my questions. As the days got closer to the unconditional side of the house she would regularly check in making sure “our ducks were in order” . Despite where we were in the world me in Australia working, my partner back in NZ, my sister in-law in Europe and herself in Rarotonga great communication led by Karly is what made our dream house seem possible to get. One tip she advised us on was “put your best foot forward” that stuck with us as we navigated through this scary yet exciting experience of buying our first home. Obviously been in the game for a while therefore she comes with great experience and great knowledge in both marketing and negotiating like I said before if I had concerns around these areas she would happily answer them for me. Even to the point what to actually do and how to do it whether it’s an LIM, Builders report, insurance companies she helped connect the dots for us. With all these outstanding characteristics of hers we have a gain a greater appreciation of what a true and valuable Real Estate Agent she is. If anybody cross paths with her count your blessings because shes a miracle worker. Overall she does not make it sound hard she explains details plain and simple so you totally understand what your doing.. I could not ask for a better agent. My family and I will be forever grateful Karly became our agent.
