Katie did an appraisal of our property, which subsequently led us to ask her to act as our agent.
We found Katie to be very friendly and approachable. She was honest, knowledgeable and we felt at all times able to question her to get good clarification for ourselves. Our experience dealing with Katie has been been enjoyable and not stressful at all as she has a very happy, smiley and positive personality. We feel Katie has a wonderful sense of care for people and is very respectful of each individuals circumstances. She conducts herself in a professional manner and is very efficient and thorough. We would have no hesitation in using Katie again or recommending her.

Sales through the lines..
We only dealt with Katie through phone calls and FaceTime... but she came across as very professional, polite, truthful and knowledgeable. We were shown the house through FaceTime and she presented the residence very well. Speaking about the home’s attributes and other things that might need attending to later. Sale of my property
Katie, was very proactive and sourced a number of buyers for my rental property from contacts she had and marketing. There was little impact on the current tenants, she liaise with both them and the property managers for access only if required and totally took the hassle out of selling. She is very professional and worked hard to secure the best out come for me as the vendor. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to sell your property.
