Sara has been in the Property Management industry since 2008, and has been with Harcourts BCRE for the last 9 years. Sara is one of our most experienced and successful Property Managers, having being awarded numerous high performance awards at the regional and national level. She holds a Level 4 Certificate in Property Management from Skills Organisation. Sara has a reputation as a great communicator and her Landlords trust her implicitly with arrangements for maintenance and dealing with tenant issues. She is a true stickler for processes and procedures, and is constantly striving to better not just the industry standard, but Harcourts’ more stringent requirements. Sara is proud to be a Papakura local & she believes this has been a real asset to her over the years. She takes pride in her fulfilling career as a Property Manager and looks forward to being of service.

Annalea has over 20 years’ experience in the Corporate Sector & Property Management Industry. Being a landlord herself she appreciates the importance of keeping up with repairs and maintenance, continuity of rent and reviewing market trends to get the best performance from her clients’ assets. Annalea will be able to provide you with expert advice on how to get the most out of your investment. Over the years she has built client trust through her honest & genuine approach. She has a dedication to providing outstanding service to clients using her excellent communication and organisational skills. Annalea brings a very personal, caring & straight forward attitude to her chosen profession. Her people skills are outstanding and she sets high goals and standards for herself.

About Samantha

Samantha joined Harcourts BCRE in 2018, after 10 years in the banking industry. She has been learning the ropes under our Senior Property Manager Sara, and together they manage a busy portfolio of almost 200 properties. Samantha is dedicated to providing the very best service to her clients and she brings a very personable & straight forward attitude to her dealings with both Tenants and Landlords. Having grown up in West Auckland, she has lived across Auckland and now resides in South Auckland. Being a local, she is passionate about being a part of her community & supporting locals in finding homes & investors in getting the very best return for their money.

We are a locally owned, award winning business based in Papakura, managing approximately 450 properties across the wider Auckland area.
