Above and Beyond

Feleki was recommended to me and I’m so grateful. He has gone above and beyond to help me sell my house. A short campaign and a few unexpected hiccups which he helped navigate that could have been incredibly stressful. He has taken out so much of the stress, helped me find solutions, not only in terms of things like building report ans LIM and he things you would expect from any agent. He has helped with so much more - from options for staging my house, to moving furniture or finding plants. He has also made complicated decisions and planning more simple and digestible. I was nervous about doing an auction but he was incredibly supportive the whole way through. I went from feeling overwhelmed at the thought of it all before putting it on the market, to knowing exactly what would be happening and what I needed to do. He took time to explain and checked in every step of the way. Feleki worked so hard. He is so passionate about the area, the community and I felt like he really cared about my house. It was my first home and I felt like it was in very safe hands. The photos and marketing were great and I knew he was committed. It felt like nothing was a problem. He checked in at every stage and made sure all enquiries were explored. Open to adjusting approach to make sure every opportunity was explored.
