Professional, efficient and outstanding communication
Lydia was incredibly good at communicating throughout the home buying process and took all the work out of it for me. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping me informed about every development. On the auction day also, she provided genuine care and support through the process whilst making it fun also.

Beyond Expectations
Lydia was nothing short of fantastic to deal with through the whole process. Being that I was in Australia and not able to regularly attend the property, Lydia went above and beyond to ensure the property was presented in the best possible way for the sale with regular meetings with trades and maintenance people in her time. Her communication was outstanding in constantly keeping me informed on how the campaign was progressing. I can't thank Lydia enough for her efforts through the whole campaign and believe she went above and beyond what I would expect of any agent. It was no surprise that due to Lydia's commitment that on auction day the property well exceeded our reserve price and I couldn't have been happier with the result.
