Megan Osborne and Jaiden Direen were the best agents we have ever dealt with. The service was truly excellent. The property sold at the high end of the estimate provided prior to listing and Megan and Jaiden went above and beyond in assisting us to maximise our sale price in circumstances where Covid prevented us from travelling from Australia to New Zealand to manage the preparation of the property for sale. With Megan's assistance we were able to renovate the property and have it prepared for sale from Australia. Megan and Jaiden could not have done more to assist.
