In fact, I contacted several real estate agents, and choose Irene finally. She is very professional, responsible, careful, and can detect the hidden preferences of customers, even if they don’t say it. For example, she can guess that I prefer brick houses, even if I didn't mention it. And she can consider about the problem from my perspective. If some properties in unsafe neighborhoods, she will remind me and not recommend seeing them. This can help me filter out some houses and save my time, so she is a very responsible real estate agent, instead of recommending some inappropriate ones to me just for get a sold sticker. In addition, she works very efficiently. My working hours are destined to make it difficult for me to follow the normal process to see the open home on weekend, but she can book and arrange all the stuff, so I can view 5 or 6 houses in one day. During the three months of looking for a house with her help, I have a general understanding of real estate in New Zealand. This property is also recommended to me by her after considering my requires and budget. Otherwise, I may miss this property. Overall, she is an excellent real estate agent that I would recommend to friends if I have friends who want to buy a house in the future

Although the house took longer than expected to sell, I was kept well informed of the progress/updates by Aunty Donna as she was affectionally known. She is a woman of her word and if she says she will do something she will make sure it happens !! Kind criticism and recommendations, but never never pushy gave me faith to leave it in her hands. Once thing I love about Aunty Donna is her kindness, thoughtfulness and her honesty. She never "oversells" but is honest, upfront and will always hold a special place in "friendship" to my Partner and I. She is cheeky, funny and very open and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Thank you for everything Aunty Donna. You truely are a remarkable person
