Dean was great at explaining the processes and techniques of the business of selling houses but with my sale, I think we fell a little short. I was expecting to get more than we did but I do know that sometimes you either wait for the right buyer or take what you can when you can. So I took what I could when I could as we could have been waiting for much longer. I think perhaps we should have put a price on the advertising sooner rather than later. Deans plans made sense but things don't always work out as you plan and anyone with life knowledge knows that. So although Dean gave it his best shot and I know my style of house is not an easy sell.....we got there. Not with the best result but we got there. Thanks Dean for your help and support not only with my sale but also with my purchase.
