Angela's management of our purchasing experience was outstanding.

Realistically speaking, I know we would not have had such a positive and informed process without the aid of Angela's professional assistance and knowledge of the property market. I would not hesitate in recommending Angela in aiding someone else in what can be a bewildering world of property searches in the effort to find a place to call home. It is a big decision to make and you want to go into it fully focussed. Angela provided that laser sharp focus that gave us the reassurance we needed in making a decision. In the beginning I thought I knew what to look out for but Angela's eagle-eye would spot aspects of a building I was simply not tuned into noticing. It was a matter of weighing up the pros and cons of each property with an eye to our future selves. During the process of looking at properties meant we went in with a clipboard, me mentally and Angela literally. The combination of regular group phone calls, emails with new listings, and the visits themselves gave us confidence in the process. Often it could be small things, especially on the second visit, but Angela lined up each visit in advance and gave us extra information in relation to the property. Would I recommend Angela - yes, in a heart-beat.
